Vinny grew up in Lackawanna NY, attending elementary school at Our Lady of Victory and high school at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, NY. He went on to receive his BA from the University at Buffalo in Political Science and later earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from UB’s School of Architecture and Planning.
He has been involved in housing and construction most of his life starting out pouring concrete driveways at his family’s concrete company and then moved on to selling real estate and managing rental properties. In, 2020 he completed construction of a new house in the Vernon Triangle neighborhood of Buffalo, one of the first under Buffalo’s new Green Code. He currently supervises seven agents at his real estate brokerage, Rondinelli Real Estate, and manages 100 units for himself and other property owners. He is currently drafting plans to build housing throughout the City of Buffalo.
