Vinny is my property manager for my duplex in Black Rock, he has been responsive and handled maintenance issues that have arisen. I am an out of state investor so it is critical to have someone local that has your best interests in mind. There is an online system for landlords to get paid which has been prompt and reasonable. I would recommend Rondinelli Real Estate for any property management in Buffalo.

After our initial conversation we were ready to sign on with him - he was personable, concise, and just what we were looking for.
